For order fulfilment, we mainly talk about logistics function here; that is delivering product to customer, including picking, packing, and shipping.

With the booming of e-commerce, it’s very easy even for small-size suppliers to reach a huge amount of end-customers; which in turn, stimulates the needs for logistics platform to facilitate fulfillment processes of on-line orders, with better integration to on-line shopping sites and delivery companies, cheaper charging price and easier-to-use functionalities.

Some IT companies have established themselves, not only as order fulfillment software, but also as the leading cloud logistics platforms for retailers and e-commerce companies. However, they do have different functionalities, or in a higher-level sense, competitive strategies.
